Passing your driving test is just the beginning...
PASS PLUS is a six-module training syllabus designed by DSA to develop the skills and knowledge of newly qualified drivers and broaden their driving experience- building their driving skills, knowledge and hazard awareness.
Why do PASS PLUS?
Newly qualified drivers are more vulnerable than they realise. Statistics show that new drivers are more likely to have an accident within their first two years of driving, than at any time in their driving career.
The Solution- PASS PLUS offers new drivers professional instruction, helping them to-

- become a more skillful driver
- develop a positive style which is both enjoyable and safe
- reduce the risk of being involved in an accident
How long will it take?
Modules will not all take the same amount of time to cover, but each course will consist of a minimum of six hours of training. The number of sessions required will depend on the ability and progress of the individual pupil.

- Observation Skills (middle & far distance)
Module 4- Night Driving
- Speed & Stopping Distances
- Visibility- Speed & Reacting Safely
Module 5- Dual Carriageways
- Joining/ Turning/ Leaving
- Forward Planning & Observation
